Code Enforcement

The Village has a contract with the Town of Dryden for Code Enforcement and Fire and Safety Inspections.

Please contact Dave Sprout at (607) 844-8888, Ext. 216, for questions regarding building permits, zoning requirements, and/or variances.

Reminder: all swimming pools, sheds, and some fences require permits. If unsure, please call to avoid any problems.
