Nestled in a residential neighborhood, Montgomery Park is a 2.7-acre village-owned park in the heart of the Village of Dryden, accessible from both Main and Elm Streets.
In 2016, community members, local businesses and social and religious organizations worked together to construct a new playground. The structures include swings, slides, shaded benches, a climbing wall, fanciful towers and a local history mural. The design incorporates elements suggested by area children and connections to the local dairy industry. It was designed for children between the ages of 2 and 11 by the Ithaca Play By Design company.
Montgomery Park is the site of Dryden Dairy Day, held annually by the Dryden Grange on the second Saturday of June.
